2. Prohibited Activities and Legal Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action:

  • Fraudulent Representation: Providing false identity documents, income statements, or other misleading information

  • Circumvention: Attempting to bypass our processes or work directly with introduced parties without disclosure

3. Financial Obligations and Payment Terms

Default and Recovery

  • Late payment charges may apply after 30 days

11. Severability and Enforceability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to make these terms enforceable.

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
